As Senior Director of USA Gymnastics’ Men’s Program from 1994 to 2005, Ron worked tirelessly to build strong relationships with national team coaches. It paid off. In 1996, the U.S. men were ranked 9th in the world, at risk of not qualifying for the Atlanta Olympics. At the 2004 Olympic Games, the U.S. Men’s Team delivered the most successful performance in USA Gymnastics history.

Ron also jointly owned and operated an athlete training center for 10 years. It offered a variety of recreational classes in addition to developmental and junior elite competitive teams to approximately 1000 students from age 2 – adults. The very successful program provided positive exposure for the city of Tallahassee, and produced many competitive athletes at national and international levels.
